By laws annual review

Per the Bylaws of this chapter an annual review took place over 4 consecutive meetings on a monthly basis.  The updated by laws approved by simple majority of our members are posted under Bylaws and Meeting Minutes.  I want to thank the following  taskforce members who so willingly took their time and effort in this review. These members are Deb Drew, Michele Farrington, Danielle Carlson and Molly McNaughton.
