UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

90% FTE, day/evening shift, Monday - Friday with hours between 7:00am - 8:00pm.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL)  to:

  • Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.
  • Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient, family and other care providers.
  • Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

 Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
  • 3 years age appropriate surgical services experience Preferred
  • 2 years prior leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered Nurse Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 180 Days Required
  • National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
