Job Summary

Our Full-Time Aesthetic Managing Clinical Director (RN or NP) is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Clinical resources, guidance, support and direction as a resource for providers
  • Mentors and coach’s provider staff in support of growth and development
  • Leads by example following all systems, processes and protocols
  • Delivers on Chapter’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
  • Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
  • Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
  • Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
  • Ensures 85% + booked clinic schedule
  • Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of aesthetic experience required
  • Education Level: Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner credential
  • Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated clinic
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
